CLP Holdings Announces Retirement of Director and Change of Board Committees Member

CLP Holdings Limited announced today the retirement of Professor Tsui Lam Sin Lai Judy as a Director and a Member of the Audit Committee and the Sustainability Committee of the CLP Holdings Board of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 8 May 2014.
